Aged on site in oak for 15 months before being tiraged and aged on lees in bottle for a further 27 months prior to disgorgement. 89% of this wine is from the 2020 vintage with 11% reserve wine coming from the solera, a perpetual blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Munier that has been developing since 2006.
