The nose combined sweet (candy canes, caramel, custard, Cadbury creme egg) with sour (Morello cherries, plum tart, three fruit marmalade). On the initial palate, the sweetness of lebkuchen, sherbet straws, marzipan, jellybeans and cherry chocolate gave way to a feisty finish of pakora, gingerbread and wasabi heat.
